Senior Biomedical Lecturer

DEPARTMENT/SCHOOL: Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences, Buckingham Campus JOB TITLE: Senior Lecturer (Biomedical Sciences) required with Public Health Experience SALARY & HOURS: £57,355 per annum 1 FTE Permanent The University of Buckingham is unique. The post-holder will join a team responsible for the teaching and assessment of basic and applied biomedical sciences on our faculty undergraduate courses. There may also be opportunities to take on broader curriculum roles. The ideal candidates will be trained to doctoral level in any discipline cognate to medical sciences (for example anatomy, physiology, cell biology, biochemistry or genetics). Applicants will have experience in teaching medical students (or health care professionals), or be able to demonstrate a commitment to developing as medical educators able to teach across a range of subjects. Applicants will have excellent communication and team-working skills, and be focussed on the needs of students.
